SUMMER 2026 SKILLS TRAINING

8 weekly session dates: Mondays 6/15, 6/22, 6/29, 7/13, 7/27; Thursdays 7/9, 7/23, 8/6 from 6:45-8:30 PM

* Athletes select 5 training dates during registration which may be adjusted once in session if needed

Union Point Sports Complex Weymouth

Each session will run for 1 hour 45-mins complete with technical/tactical curriculum and tempo tailored to most experienced players. Training focus on field hockey specific conditioning and high level technical development for ball control, passing, receiving, shooting and defensive skills. Includes small area game play to build players' tactical offensive and defensive game strategies.
