OVERVIEW:
8-week field player and goalie specific training designed to provide consistent weekly technical skill and tactical game play development to supplement school programs, prepare for Winter/Spring ‘26-’27 club seasons, and serve as prep for athletes competing in upcoming travel tournament: U12 Disney Sunshine Showcase (Florida-Jan ’27) at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. See below evaluation opportunities for Florida tournament roster selection.
Weekly training sessions on Mondays and Sundays for all registered players;
Opportunity to compete in 3 U12 Fall club league play dates for athletes selected to Fall team league rosters **
*Players will be evaluated for club league play during the first few training sessions and from previous club training experience and notified of roster selection by mid-September.
U12 Fall ‘26 Schedule/Locations:
Sundays 9/13 through 11/1 from 2:30-4:00 PM at Milton Academy – Milton
Mondays 9/21 through 10/26 from 7:00-8:30 PM at Starland SportsPlex – Hanover
Club league games - for selected U12 players: 9/20, 9/27, 10/4 * 2 games per day at Moses Brown School – Providence, RI
Final schedule will be uploaded to LeagueApps calendars for registered players

Evaluation dates for roster consideration: August 19th – Union Point Weymouth; August 23rd Starland SportsPlex Hanover; September Fall training sessions
U12 players will be prompted to identify tournament interest and evaluation date attendance during registration
U12 Disney Sunshine Showcase roster notifications will be issued by late September
Cost: $225 * includes August tryout evaluation dates for athletes exploring selection to True Grit’s U12 Disney Sunshine Showcase event; tournament fees and associated travel not included.
