OVERVIEW:
Field player and goalie specific training designed to provide consistent technical skill and tactical game play development to supplement school programs, prepare for Winter/Spring ‘26-’27 club seasons, and serve as prep for athletes competing in upcoming travel showcases: Shooting Star Thanksgiving Tournament (Virginia - Nov ’26), NFHCA Winter Escape Showcase (Florida-Jan ’27). See below evaluation opportunities for showcase roster selections.
Schedule: 8, 2-hour Sunday sessions from 2:30-4:30 PM 9/20, 9/27, 10/18, 10/25, 11/1, 11/8, 11/15, 11/22. Final schedule will be uploaded to LeagueApps calendars for registered players.
Location: Milton Academy Berylson turf field, 170 Centre Street Milton; additional dates at Wellesley College astro may be added

Nov ’26: Shooting Star Thanksgiving (11/27-11/29) Richmond, VA
Jan ‘27: NFHCA Winter Escape (1/15-1/17) Florida
Evaluation dates for roster consideration: August 19th – Union Point Weymouth; August 23rd Starland SportsPlex Hanover; September Fall training sessions
Players will be prompted to identify tournament interest and evaluation date attendance during registration
Showcase roster notifications will be issued by late September
Cost: $255 * includes additional August evaluation dates for athletes exploring selection to True Grit’s Nov '26 Shooting Star Thanksgiving Tournament and Jan ‘26 NFHCA Winter Escape Showcase; tournament fees and associated travel not included.
